I had a really disappointing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and maintenance were severely lacking, with dirty corridors and old furniture. The food was repetitive and of poor quality, and I found the dining experience to be quite unsatisfactory. Though the service staff tried their best, it just wasn't enough to make up for the overall negatives. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.
Our stay at Daima Biz Hotel had its highlights and drawbacks. The kids absolutely loved the MiniClub, especially Zeynep and Cagri, who made their experience truly special. On the downside, the room facilities were lacking maintenance, with several issues that really affected our comfort. Not to mention the dining experience, which left much to be desired, especially in terms of food temperature and variety.
